Winery Restaurant draws its atmosphere and inspiration from the world of wine and its ancient culture, inviting you to a unique tasting experience that pairs your meal with a wide variety of wines and flavors from one of the oldest wine regions in Israel.

Even if you’re not typically a wine enthusiast, you’ll enjoy discovering the diverse wine styles offered here. During the tasting experience, we will sample four different types of wine, accompanied by a short and engaging explanation from our professional waitstaff, who will be happy to guide you through the story behind each wine. This allows you to fully appreciate the character of the winery, the unique terroir, and the terroir of Gush Etzion in a truly authentic way.
