The Lone Oak Tree Series
The varietal series of the Winery is named after the famous tree that stood at the center of the four kibbutzim which were established in Gush Etzion before the War of Independence. Until the return of Jewish communities to the area, those who looked from afar with longing at Gush Etzion, would see the oak tree. Upon returning to the place, this “Lone Oak Tree” became the symbol of the renewal of the communities of Gush Etzion.
Varietals: 50% Viognier 40% Roussanne 10% Pinot Gris. Dry White Wine.

About the process: The grapes are hand harvested, then they are broken to create the initial high-quality must, which then goes through a slow cold supervised fermentation in stainless steel fermentation tanks to create the wine.
Characteristics: The wine is aromatic, with tropical smells, and scents of grape fruit and gum, light, crisp and acidic.
